Mendez Medical Group in Cubao is definitely was a terrible experience. They will recommended you to have two shots per visit of Glutathione for effective results. So this way, your 6 sessions will turn to 3 sessions including the facial and whitening mask.

Their preparation was very suspicious. They didn’t open the Glutathione bottle in front of their costumer. It is already in the syringe and ready to give you a shot. Also when I visited their store for the third time, it happened their doctor had an emergency meeting so they insists that one of their crew has an experienced to give an injection. It is very disappointing. I asked them to just give me my remaining shots by taking it home and I will just look for my nurse friends but they refused and surprisingly they had a high tone of voice concerning to my request. They insist that my request is not allowed. Ugh It was totally depressing! And I am not the client who will create a scene just because of their poor services.

So I hold on to my anger and just emailed Ensogo support regarding about this issue but then they still promote Mendez Medical services.

Regarding on their facial services, it’s just simply a facial cleaning and the solution applied on my face is very painful. It seems like hydrogen peroxide.eww very poor services.

When I decided to quit my office job and become a freelance worker at home, I encountered cracked feet due to not wearing slippers in our house and cleaning the bathroom using high concentrated cleanser.   Having cracked heel makes you feel uncomfortable seeing it as always dirty.  Foot spa is not a good option to heal cracked feet. It needs intensive moisturizing creme. So I decided to find one available on stores till I found this product of Watson and I bought my comfortable home slippers.

After 3 days of using it, I am very surprised as I can see the good improvement. And on the 5 days, dark cracked heel went back to its normal color and turned into healthy feet. It is really recommended! Of course you should also wear your slippers especially if you stay at home for a long day.

It is not only for cracked feet but also in any dry skin. I did apply it on my legs and surprisingly again, it is more effective than any moisturizing lotion out there. I am now very satisfied on my healthy skin because of this product.  I love this product!

Home Remedies For Dry Skin

Off Course Drink Water Regularly – 8 to 10 glasses of water a day but if you’re the person who urinate frequently, just keep drinking water.

About the three consecutive days, they will only use green peeling oil without rejuvenating creme or toner and this is more prone to skin damage exposure if you do not maintain it properly.

2.     Open your fan and let it dry for 5-10 minutes.
3.     After 5 hours, wash the skin with soap but not moisturizer soap.
4.     Repeat it on the 2nd day- ( if you’re living in a tropical country/hot climates but if you have air-condition then proceed till the 3rd day).
5.     Repeat it on the 3rd day – (living in cold climates.)

 

For Using Peeling Oil with Rejuvenating Toner
 
Same as the peeling oil procedures but the only difference is;
1.     Apply rejuvenating toner first and let it dry followed by green peeling oil.
2.     After 5 hours of letting the green peeling absorb your skin, wash the skin and apply rejuvenating toner again. In-short, twice a day before the peeling oil application and after 5 hours of washing the skin.
3.     After the 3 days of applying the green peeling oil, continue using rejuvenating toner twice a day for two days only and wait till the skin starts to peel off.

Maintenance While On Skin Peeling
 
1.     Avoid long exposure to sun. Use sunblock and wear loose jacket or loose jogging pants if you’re planning to go outside. Or avoid yourself on any heat stuffs.  E.g. you’re planning to cook; skin on peel is very sensitive.
2.     If you’re living in cold climates, it is much easier to peel off your skin. It will take 3-5 days. In hot climates, take a bath twice a day, stay on shower for 10-15 minutes or stay long in room with air-condition.
3.     Avoid moisturizer soap. It will not help your skin to peel off completely and you can use mild soap.
4.     Expect itching skin on peeling. To lessen its inflammation use clobetasol lotion or cetaphil skin cleanser but use it like a lotion.
5.     When your skin starts to peel off, don’t remove it let it fall voluntarily.
6.     After peeling, use moisturizer soap, mild soap and lotion with SPF.
7.     It takes 7 days after peeling to wear tight clothes to avoid discoloration and back to normal life.

For the first timer, you can see an instant result by seeing your skin healthier than before and you need to maintain it by protecting your skin through moisturizer products. Scars and dark spots will surely lighten up.
